Social Service
I was very active in the social activities of the campus. I spent 4 out of 5 years of my stay at IIT Bombay with National Service Scheme (NSS), IIT Bombay (the largest student volunteer organization in IIT Bombay; 400+ volunteers). I joined in my first year as a volunteer in the Educational Outreach Department. I later became an Activity Associate, then the Head of the Educational Outreach Department. In my fourth year, I became the Overall Coordinator, overseeing the functioning of all the 5 departments of NSS solving problems in the domains of education, healthcare, sustainability, environment and social innovation. Apart from NSS, I also contributed to the social goal of the Student Satellite Team. Here, I list two major social projects I founded and led and also describe my work in NSS, in the Educational Outreach department. Click on the images/ text to know more
